California law makers have no respect for the law, the United States Constitution, or the U.S. Supreme Court. They are doing everything they can to destroy our rights protected by the Second Amendment. This video presents proof.

Biden’s ATF has adopted a zero tolerance policy with gun stores. In fact, they are revoking gun store licenses over simple clerical mistakes. Mark Oliva from the Nation Shooting Sports Foundation joined me to discuss the fight against this gross abuse of power by the ATF.
The house destroyed ATF’s pistol brace rule during testimony. Dan O’Kelly predicts that ATF will lose this fight. Once again, ATF has overstepped it’s authority.
Joe Biden issued an executive order pushing gun-control. It has largely amounted to nothing. Still, Dan O’Kelly (ATF Ret) has some concerns about what ATF and other administrative agencies might do as a result.
A Federal judge has declared part of California’s handgun rosters (“Unsafe Handguns Act”) unconstitutional and issued an injunction against enforcing it. Obviously, California will appeal. Still, this is a major step forward in the fight to restore the constitutional rights of Californians. Credit the California Rifle and Pistol Association and Michel & Associates for this one.
