Polymer80 scored a big win in Federal court against the Biden Administration. While the battle isn’t over, the preliminary injunction allows Polymer80 to get back to the business of selling kits, jigs, and lowers to Americans who want to build their own firearms.
Joe Biden issued an executive order pushing gun-control. It has largely amounted to nothing. Still, Dan O’Kelly (ATF Ret) has some concerns about what ATF and other administrative agencies might do as a result.
A Federal judge has declared part of California’s handgun rosters (“Unsafe Handguns Act”) unconstitutional and issued an injunction against enforcing it. Obviously, California will appeal. Still, this is a major step forward in the fight to restore the constitutional rights of Californians. Credit the California Rifle and Pistol Association and Michel & Associates for this one.
